Pearl Barley is a source of selenium, B vitamins, magnesium,copper, chromium,
proteins, folic acid, zinc, iron and fibre.
Boil with pandan leaves and enjoy it as a cooling drink or use it to enhance winter melon or old cucumber soup. Cook with mung bean or gingko nut and dried bean curd and enjoy it as a dessert.
